| 摘 要： | 目的：观察合浦珠母贝生殖腺及消化道促性腺激素释放激素(Gonadotropin-releasing hormone,GnRH)及其受体的表达及分布,为进一步研究GnRH对合浦珠母贝生殖和消化功能的调控提供形态学依据．方法：利用免疫组织化学ABC法和SP法。结果：在消化道的上皮细胞,固有层细胞和生精小管上皮细胞,GnRH及其受体均呈阳性反应,阳性反应物分布在细胞质内,细胞核呈阴性反应,卵巢间质细胞均呈弱阳性反应．结论：合浦珠母贝生殖腺及消化道既能分泌GnRH又能表达其受体,说明GnRH可能通过自分泌或旁分泌作用来调节合浦珠母贝的繁殖及消化功能,这些发现为以后GnRH在合浦珠母贝人工育苗方面的应用奠定了基础。

Immunohistochemical studies of GnRH and its receptor in gonad and digestive tract in Pinctada fucata |

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe whether gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) and its receptor can be expressed in gonad and digestive tract in Pinctada fucata, and to look for morphological evidence for the further study of functional significance of the GnRH in the target cells. METHODS: Immunohistochemical ABC method and SP method were used in the experiment. RESULTS: GnRH and its receptor in the epithelium of spermatogenic tubule and digestive tract of Pinctada fucata were positively expressed and the positive material was located in cytoplasm with negative nuclei. The mesenchymocyte in ovary had weak positive expression. CONCLUSION: Our data suggest that GnRH and its receptor can be expressed in gonad and digestive tract of Pinctada fucata, which may modulate the reproductive and digestive functions of Pinctada fucata. |
