| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾穿刺活检术手术配合及护理措施。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年2月-2006年2月400例患儿作肾穿刺活检术手术配合过程及护理措施。结果：本组患儿中397例无术后并发症，3例患儿因术后剧烈活动，发生大出血。结论：手术前心理护理，充分术前准备，术中密切配合，术后精心护理，正确的出院指导是保证手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To expire nursing cooperation during percutaneous renal biopsy.Methods:Nursing cooperation in percutaneous renal biopsy of total 400 patients during Feb 2004 to Feb 2006 were reviewed.Results :There were no complications occurred in 397(99.3%)patients,while 3(0.7%)patients appeared subrenal capsule hemorrhage due to violent movement after biopsy.Conclusion:Effective psycho-nursing and preoperative preparation,close coop- eration during the operation,meticulously postoperative nursing and correct discharge guidance were critical for success of percutaneous renal biopsy. |
