Ⅰ型糖尿病肾病患者肾移植前行胎胰组织移植的治疗效果观察

目的　研究胎胰移植对I型糖尿病肾病患者行肾移植的影响。方法　我院近 2年多来在I型糖尿病患者肾移植手术前行胎胰组织移植 (移植组 ) 43例 ,并与同期未行胎胰移植的肾移植手术患者 76例 (对照组 )进行比较。结果　移植组 43例中有 2 7例术后胰岛素用量减少 >5 0 % ,持续 3个月以上 (62 .8% ) ,其中有 4例持续已达 2年 ,1例完全停用胰岛素 ;术后 2周内血清胰岛素水平升高 >10 0U /ml的 3 6例 (83 .7% ) ;术后血清C肽升高 >0 .5ng/ml的共 3 4例 (79.1% )。移植组术后生存率及完全恢复工作能力的比率均明显高于对照组。结论　对行肾移植术的I型糖尿病肾病患者 ,肾移植术前先行胎胰移植可提高I型糖尿病性肾功能衰竭患者肾移植术后的疗效

Effect of enbryonal pacreatic tissue transplantation before ranal transplantion on the treatment of type I diabetes patients complicated with ranal disorder

Objective To study the effect of embryonal pancreatic tissue transplantation(EPTT) before ranal transplantion (RT) on the treatment of type I diabetes patients complicated with renal disorder.Methods More than 2 years recently,43 type I diabetes patients complicated with renal disorder underwent EPTT before RT(group T) in our hospital.The results were compared with the diabete pationts without receive EPTT(control,group C) before RT. Results In group T,the used insulin dosage was decreased >50% for >3months in 27 patients(62.8%,27/43).Among the 27 patients,4 decreased insnlin >50% for 2 years,and I discoutinued insulin completely.Of the 43 patients,2 weeks after EPTT,the lever of surum insulin increased to >100U/ml in 36 patients(83.7%) and surum C peptide increased to >0.5ug/ml in 34 patients(79.1%).Postoperative survival rate and recover of the work ability in group T were significantly higher than those in group C.Conclusions EPTT before RT for the type I diabetes patients with renal disorder can improve the results of RT.
