目的 探讨载脂蛋白Ｅ基因多态性与中青年动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞的关系。方法 应用聚合酶链反应－限制性长度多态性技术，检测４３例中青年动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞患者的ａｐｏＥ基因型，并与６０名同龄健康对照组比较。同时检测血脂，脂蛋白及部分载脂蛋白。结果 中青年ＡＣＩ组ａｐｏＥ基因ε３／４的频率为３０．２％，明显高于对照组。
