| 摘 要： | 对比了表寒证、体温上升期、冷应激反应几个概念共同的生理本质,回顾了冷应激下机体内分泌及免疫功能变化的相关研究,麻黄汤治疗流行性感冒及麻黄汤发汗作用的相关研究,提出表寒证即发热过程的体温上升期,神经-内分泌变化引起机体的免疫抑制是表寒证阶段的重要特征,麻黄汤作用机理是促使体温调定点降低,体表和体核温度升高,消除体温调节中枢受到的寒冷刺激,从而解除机体的免疫抑制。 |
