通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛184例观察

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法冠心病患者344例随机分成两组,治疗组184例以通心络胶囊4粒,3次/d,口服;对照组160例以单硝酸异山梨脂20mg,3次/d,口服。平均疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后冠心病心绞痛改善情况。结果心绞痛改善总有效率治疗组为91.76%,对照组为46.16%,(P<0.01);心电图改善总有效率治疗组为60.16%,对照组为32.63%(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果明显优于单硝酸异山梨脂。

Observation of TongXinLuo Capsule on 184 Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 344 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 184 patients in the treatment group were administrated four Tongxinluo capsules each time orally,three times a day, 160 patients in the control group were administrated isosorbide mononitrate tablets 20mg each time orally, three times a day.14 days was a therapy course in both groups. The alleviation conditions of the disease were observed after treatment in both groups. Results The total angina alleviation effectiveness rate was 91.76% and 46.16% in the treatment group and the control group. There was a signifi cant difference between the groups (P<0.01). The total electrocardiogram alleviation effectiveness rate was 60.16% and 32.63% in the treatment group and the control group, There also was a signifi cant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the patients with coronary heart disease was much better than the effect of isosorbide mononitrate tablets signifi cantly.
