摘    要:目的:探讨分光光度法测定生药材当归中金属元素含量的可行性,并阐述当归的药理功效与金属元素种类、含量可能存在的一定关系。方法:根据不同的金属离子与特定显色剂显色,产生可见光吸收,采用分光光度法平行测定人发标准品及当归中金属元素的含量。结果:所选的当归中含丰富的微量金属元素,其中Fe元素含量较其它元素高,高达229.15 mg/kg,Zn元素为77.54 mg/kg,Cu元素为35.41 mg/kg。结论:分光光度法操作简便、测量快速、结果准确,易推广使用。当归的药理功效与其中的金属元素种类及含量存在密切的关系,有待进一步深入研究。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the feasibility of determining the contents of trace element in Radix angelicae sinensis by spectrophotometry,and to expound the potential relationship between the sorts and contents of the elements in crude drugs and the pharmacological actions of Radix angelicae sinensis.Methods: Different metal ions can be colored with specific color reagent,engendering visible light absorption,so spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the contents both of the Radix angelicae sinensis and the standard substance of human hair.Results: The results showed that the Radix angelicae sinensis was rich in trace element,the content of Fe was especially higher.Fe in Radix angelicae sinensis i is highest to 229.15 mg/kg,Zn is highest to 77.54 mg/kg,Cu in is highest to 35.41 mg/kg.Conclusion: Spectrophotometry has the advantages of simple operation,high-speed and accurate,could be popularized widely.The relationship between the sorts and contents of the elements in Radix angelicae sinensis and the pharmacological actions of them is so consanguineous that the further research is needed to ascertain.
