| 摘 要： | 通过分析日本和中国全科医学教育及医疗服务的特点,研究两国的全科医学发展和医师培养模式,揭示全科医疗在两国所面对的挑战,并在借鉴日本全科医学教育经验的基础上,提出几点建议和思考,希望能促进我国全科医学的不断完善与发展。

| Abstract: | Through comparing the characteristics of education and medical service of general practice in China and Japan, we study their development and training models and reveal the challenges they are facing. On the basis of learning from Japan＇ s experience in general practice education, we also put forward some suggestions, hoping to promote the development and improvement of general practice in China. |
