神经节苷脂和康复护理对重型颅脑损伤患者早期康复的影响

目的探讨神经节苷脂和康复护理对重型颅脑损伤患者早期康复的影响。方法选取本院2010年11月～2013年10月诊治的重型颅脑损伤患者74例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组37例患者采用常规护理和神经节苷脂治疗，观察组37例患者采用康复护理和神经节苷脂治疗，采用Barthel指数、格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）和生活质量评分分别评定两组的日常生活能力、预后情况及生活质量。结果观察组的Barthel指数评分、GOS、生活质量（睡眠、精神、饮食、疲劳、心理状态、治疗态度、疾病认识）评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论神经节苷脂和康复护理可显著提高重型颅脑损伤患者的日常生活能力和生活质量，明显改善患者的预后。

Influence of ganglioside and rehabilitation nursing in the early rehabilitation of patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To investigate the influence of ganglioside and rehabilitation nursing in the early rehabilitation of patients with severe eraniocerebral injury. Methods 74 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury in hospital from November 2010 to October 2013 were selected and divided into two groups by the digital random method.Routine nursing and ganglioside treatment were used in control group（37 cases）,rchabilitation nursing and ganglioside treatment were used in observation group （37 cases）.Ability of daily life,the prognosis and quality of life in two groups was as- sessed respectively by Barthel index,Glasgow prognosis score （GOS）and quality of life score. Results Barthel index score,GOS,quality of life （sleep,spirit,diet,fatigue,mental status,treatment attitude,awareness of disease）score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ganglioside and rehabilitation nursing can significantly increase ability of daily life and quality of life in patients with severe craniocerehral injury,which can also improve prognosis of patients.
