阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法选取本院2013年3月~2014年3月收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿48例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用红霉素序贯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,记录两组患儿治疗后的临床症状消失时间、胸部X线片恢复正常时间、住院时间、总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的临床症状消失时间、胸部X线片恢复正常时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的总有效率为95.8%,明显高于对照组的66.7%（P〈0.05）;观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果确切,住院时间短,不良反应少。

Efficacy of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

Objective To investigate efficacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 48 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with erythromycin sequential therapy,observation group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical symptom disappeared time,chest X-ray recovery time,hospital stay,total effective rate and incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The clinical symptom disappeared time,chest X-ray recovery time,hospital stay of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 95.8%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（66.7%,P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can ensure curative effect,reduce hospital stay and has less adverse reaction.
