依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压的临床效果

目的分析依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压的临床效果。方法将本院收治的90例高血压患者随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（45例），对照组给予美托洛尔，治疗组在对照组的基础上联合依那普利治疗，分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为95．6％，对照组为80．0％，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组药物起效时间快于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为2．2％，对照组为11．1％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗高血压的效果显著，降压作用明显，安全有效，值得作为治疗高血压的理想药物。

Clinical effects of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 90 patients with hypertension who were admitted to our hospital were randomly allocated to a treatment group （45 cases） and a control group （45 cases）.The control group was given metoprolol,and the treatment group was further given enalapril.Curative effects in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Drug on- set time in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Incidence of adverse effects was 2.2% in the treatment group and 11.1% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension has a significant curative effect of lowering blood pressure,and is safe and effective,which is worthy of being the ideal drug for hypertension.
