中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的效果分析

目的分析中西医结合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法选取本院2012年11月~2013年11月收治的76例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各38例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,研究组采用中西医联合治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛情况、神经功能、生活能力及临床效果。结果研究组的VAS、NIHSS低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组的总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的81.58%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医联合治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折能有效提高患者的神经功能和生活能力,缓解患者的疼痛,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Effect analysis of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fracture

Objective To analyse effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fracture. Methods Seventy-six cases of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fracture admitted into our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research objects.They were evenly divided into two groups in random.The conventional therapy of western medicine was adopted in control group,while combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were used in research group.The state of pain,neurological function,activity of daily living and clinical effect was compared in two groups respectively. Results VAS,NIHSS in research group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Barthel in research group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate in research group was 94.74%,higher than that in control group （81.58%）,with statistical difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral fracture can effectively improve patient＇s neurological function and activity of daily living,alleviate pain and obtain an optimal clinical effect,which is worthy of expansion and application.
