临床药师职业倦怠与积极心理健康状况调查研究

目的调查临床药师职业倦怠与积极心理健康状况,了解两者的关系,为医院管理提供依据。方法采用职业倦怠感量表（MBI）和幸福进取者问卷（HEIQ）对86名临床药师进行调查,了解其职业倦怠和积极心理健康状况。结果临床药师情绪衰竭感得分为（26.39±11.16）分,工作冷漠感得分为（8.61±2.58）分,均为中度倦怠,个人成就感得分为（14.47±3.59）分,为低个人成就感;临床药师的HEIQ总分为（85.46±8.43）分,得分率为56.7%,为中等水平。相关分析显示,MBI与HEIQ存在高度相关性（P〈0.05）。结论临床药师存在不同程度的职业倦怠感,积极心理健康水平不高,加强积极心理健康教育能够降低其职业倦怠,提高临床药学服务质量。

The investigation and study on the condition of job burnout and positive mental health of clinical pharmacists

Objective To investigate the condition of Job burnout and positive mental health of clinical pharmacists, and understand their relation in order to afford the basis for the hospital management. Methods 86 clinical pharmacists were investigate by Maslach burnout inventory （MBI） and the happy enterprising individual questionnaire （HEIQ）,their condition of Job burnout and positive mental health were understanded. Results The score of emotional exhaustion was （26.39±11.16） points of clinical pharmacists,the score of work coldness feeling was （8.61±2.58） points,they were moderate degree burnout,the score of personal accomplishment feeling was （14.47±3.59） points,it was low personal accomplishment feeling;the total score of HEIQ was （26.85.46±8.43） points of clinical pharmacists,the scoring rate was 56.7%,it was were moderate level;correlation analysis showed that there was high correlation between MBI and HEIQ. Conclusion The clinical pharmacists have different level of job burnout feeling,their positive psychological health level is not high,reinforcing positive psychological health education can reduce job burnout,and improve clinical pharmacy service quality.
