复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法将66例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组、复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗组，对照组行常规抗心力衰竭治疗，治疗组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸及曲美他嗪。观察两组患者心功能和多普勒超声心动图等的变化情况。结果治疗组较对照组心功能评级、超声心动图等均有显著改善，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论慢性心力衰竭患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸及曲美他嗪，可进一步改善心功能，提高临床疗效。

Clinical effect observation of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine for treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine for treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 66 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given conventional CHF treatment,while the treatment group was given compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional CHF treatment.The changes in clinical cardiac function and Doppler echocardiograph of the two groups were observed. Results The treatment group had significant improvement in cardiac function assessment and echocardiograph compared with the control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazi- dine on the basis of conventional CHF treatment can improve the clinical efficacy for CHF patients.
