| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨指分法建立后腹腔气腹的方法与效果。方法：在髂嵴上方作3个5－10mm切口，分离过腰背筋膜后，伸进食指在抓钳配合下分离腹膜后间隙直到肾脏，建立后腹腔气腹，并以是肾脏为解决标志进行镜下操作。19例采用指分法操作，并与3例采用水囊扩张法的手术进行比较，结果：19例采用指分法操作均获成功，手术时间平均80分钟，术后出血平均17．8ml，均未输血，未出现并发症，3例采用水囊扩张法失败而改开放手术。结论：指分法建立的后腹腔气腹，有足够的空间以处理肾及肾上腺疾病，指分法以灵敏的食指分离出后腹腔，简单、安全、快速、准确。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of fingers separ ating method in retoperitoneal laparoscopic operation.Methods The retroperitoneal cavity were established with the fingers separating me thod in 19 cases of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Results All the 19 cases of operation with this method obtained success.The ope rating time was 80 mins,and estimated blood loss was 20 ml in average.There were not any serious complication in each case.Conclusion It is simple,easy and safe to establish the retroperitoneal cavity with finger s separating method in retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation. |
