慢性哮喘豚鼠气道重塑血清电解质及主要脏器/体重的变化

摘    要:目的探讨慢性哮喘豚鼠气道重塑对电解质及机体主要脏器的影响。方法20只健康雄性豚鼠随机分为正常对照组、慢性哮喘气道重塑组。全自动生化分析仪测血清K、Na、Cl、Ca、Mg、P浓度;取肺脏、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肾上腺、脑组织称重,计算出脏器重量/体重。结果慢性哮喘气道重塑组血清Ca浓度高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),Mg、P浓度低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);肺脏重量/体重、脑重量/体重明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。结论慢性哮喘气道重塑时可出现血清Ca浓度升高.Mg、P浓度降低.并对肺绢织、脑绢织影响最大.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of electrolyte and the ratio of organ and body weight in the airway remodeling of chronic asthmatic guinea pig. Methods 20 guinea pigs were divided into two groups: the normal control group and the airway remodeling group.For each group,the content of kalium,natrium,chlorine,calcium,magnesium,phosphorus in serum were tested by using autoanalyzer,the ratio of lung,heart,liver,spleen,kidney,adrenal gland,brain and body weight were calculated. Results In the airway remodeling group,the content of calcium in serum was higher,magnesium and phosphorus were lower,the ratio of lung,brain and body weight was higher than that in the normal control group. Conclusion The content of calcium in serum increases,magnesium and phosphorus decreases,lung and brain may be influenced primarily during the airway remodeling of chronic asthma.
