| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重症烧伤患者的呼吸道护理方法.方法:对47例重症烧伤患者(面积50%～90%以上)重视烧伤病房的环境要求,给予湿化及雾化呼吸道,促进体位引流排痰,并及时给予吸痰.结果:47例患者呼吸道通畅,无肺部并发症发生,取得满意疗效.结论:加强呼吸道管理是重症烧伤患者护理的关键. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore approaches of nursing care of severe burnt respiratory tract.Methods:Nursing care focused on keeping a good environment of ward for the patients with severe burn(50%-90%).Nursing measures included keeping respiratory tract moist by spraying,drainage and sputum aspiration.Results:The respiratory tracts of 47 patients were kept unobstructed and no pulmonary infection occurred.The efficacy was satisfactory.Conclusion:Strengthening management of respiratory tract is the key in the nursing care of patients with severe burn. |
