| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Crohn病(Crohndisease,CD)、慢性溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerativecolitis,UC)的声像图特征以及其诊断价值。方法采用结肠灌水经腹超声检查(hydrocolonicsonography,HS)14例CD和27例UC,并参照Limberg法进行分型。结果两种疾病声像图均为肠壁增厚,表现为不同程度肠壁层次消失、与周围分界清晰的带状低回声。HS法对CD、UC的诊断符合率为85.7%、88.9%。结论CD、UC有较为特征性的声像图,HS法可作为诊断和鉴别诊断的方法之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the ultrasonic imaging characteristics of Crohn disease(CD)and ulcerative co-litis(UC)and the diagnostic value by ultrasonic examination.Methods14patients with CD and27with UC were stu-died using hydrocolonic sonography(HS)and were classified by Limberg's method.Results Ultrasonic images of both the diseases showed the intestinal wall thickened,and the layer disappeared at different levels with a band-like low echo and a clear border on surrounding tissues.The accuracy of HS in CD and UC was85.7%and88.9%.Conclusion There is evident imaging characteristic of CD and UC.HS may be used as a method for diagnosis and differential diagnosis. |
