基础医学整合课程教学效果的实验性研究

摘    要:中国医科大学从2000年开始在临床医学专业采用实验对比方法组织实施基础医学整合课程,将五年制临床医学专业学生分为实验组(整合班)和对照组(普通班),从定性和定量两个方面科学地观察基础医学整合课程的教学效果。通过学生基础医学课程考试成绩的对比分析、问卷调查以及临床课程考试成绩的对比分析,分别观察了整合课程教学的近期效果和相对远期效果。结果表明,整合课程的教学对于学生在基础医学系统知识学习、分析问题和解决问题能力以及对后期临床医学知识的学习方面均具有积极的意义。

Abstract:The integrated courses in basic medical sciences have been implemented for clinical medicine in China Medical University with experimental contrast method since 2000.The students were divided into two tracks,experimental(integrated) and contrast(common) and the teaching effects were observed from quality and quantity aspects respectively.Through the comparative analysis of course exam score in basic medical and clinical sciences and questionnaires,current and relatively long-term effects were observed.The results showed that the students on the integrated track were more positive in the knowledge learning,problem analysis and problem solving as well as clinical knowledge learning later.
