摘    要:目的 探讨细胞凋亡检测用于卵巢癌化疗药物敏感性试验的可行性。方法 采用末端标记法直接检测顺氯胺铂等 6种化疗药物诱导 4例卵巢癌实体瘤细胞凋亡的结果 ,并与三磷酸腺苷生物发光法 (ATP法 )检测结果进行对比。结果 同一种化疗药物对不同来源的癌细胞的细胞凋亡诱导程度不同 ,与 ATP法比较二者的检测结果存在一致性 (P0 =0 .75 )。结论 上述结果提示 ,细胞凋亡检测能直接用于了解药物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的程度 ,若作为一种药物敏感性试验方法与 ATP法组合应用 ,将有可能提高临床应用效果

Abstract:Objective This study was aimed to evaluate the potentiality for the use of apoptosis cells count as a chemosensitivity testing in vitro for ovarian cancer. Methods An end-labelling assay was used to determine the apoptosis cells of 4 specimens of fresh ovarian cancer cells and the results were compared with that of ATP assay. Results It was found that chemotherapy can induce apoptosis,and the same chemotherapeutic agent can induce different apoptosis cells for different cancers. Conclusion The observed agreement between apoptosis cells count and ATP assay was 0.75. The above data demonstrate that apoptosis cells count can be used as a chemosensitivity testing for ovarian cancer,and a combination of these two methods may improve the clinical effects of chemotherapeutic agents.
