护理干预对全膝关节置换患者术后膝关节肿胀及疼痛的影响观察

目的:探讨护理干预对全膝关节置换术后疼痛及肿胀程度的影响. 方法:选择符合标准的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,均给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施护理干预,比较二者患膝关节疼痛及肿胀程度. 结果:观察组患者术后1d膝关节肿胀程度及VAS评分与对照组相似,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05);但是术后3d、术后7d膝关节肿胀程度及VAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 对患者随访6个月评价膝关节功能,观察组HSS评分优18例、良9例和中3例,对照组HSS评分优12例、良9例、中8例和差1例,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05). 结论:护理干预能有效减轻全膝关节置换患者的术后疼痛及肿胀程度,促进膝关节功能恢复.

Nursing Intervention on the Postoperative Pain and Knee Joint Swelling in Patients with Total Knee Replacement

Objective:To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the postoperative pain and swelling degrees after total knee replacement. Method:A total of 60 eligible patients were selected and ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients of both groups were given usual care, while the patients of the observation group were given nursing intervention ad-ditionally, and the knee joint pain and swelling degrees were compared between the two groups. Result: 1 day after the surgery, the patients of the two groups had similar knee joint swelling degrees and visual ana-logue scores ( VAS) , and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);but 3rd day and 7th day after the surgery, the patients of the observation group had significantly better knee joint swelling degrees and VAS scores than the control group ( P<0.05) . All the patients were followed up for 6 months to evaluate knee joint function. Of the observation group, the numbers of patients with excellent, good, moderate, and poor HSS scores were 18, 9, 3, and 0, respectively;while of the control group, the numbers were 12, 9, 8, and 1, respectively;and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusion: Nursing interven-tion can effectively lighten the postoperative pain and swelling degrees and promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients with total knee replacement.
