| 摘 要： | 为获得人脑垂体催乳素单克隆抗体,用ＰＲＬ粗制品免疫了ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠。利用杂交瘤技术,将免疫小鼠的脾淋巴细胞与ＮＳ－１骨髓瘤细胞融合,产生杂交瘤细胞株,经过筛选,选出了２株能分泌催乳素单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株ＰＲＬＨ６和ＰＲＬＡ２。

| Abstract: | To abtain monoclonal antibody against human prolactin,BALB/c mice were immunized with human prolactin.By fusing mouse myeloma cell(NS-1) with spleen cell from the immunized mouse, two hybridomas cell lines (PRLH6,PRLA2) which secrete prolactin monoclonal antibody were established.The antibody was of IgM type and did not have cross reactions with TSH,FSH and LH.Serum prolactin levels in healthy controls and hyperprolactinemic patients were tested with this monoclonantibody using ELISA.The OD values were 0.2140.049 and 0.8120.325 respectively.This antibody could be used in preparation of prolactin kit. |
