急性脊柱损伤影像诊断价值探讨

目的 通过比较、分析常规Ｘ线平片、ＣＴ及ＭＲ在急性脊柱听凭中的影像改变、总结ＣＴ对急性脊柱听凭的诊断价值以及３种不同检查方法的适应症。方法 拍受伤部位脊柱正、闰Ｘ线法，环枢椎加拍开口位，腰骶部加拍双斜位等；并行ＣＴ检查，其中６位怀疑脊髓损伤的患者行ＭＲ检查。结果 ３种检查对显示体变形敏感性相同，在显示皮质及椎体内细小骨折线，椎间盘病变方面，ＣＴ与ＭＲ明显优于普通Ｘ线片在显著 椎板的骨折方面，ＣＴ优

Study on the image diagnostic value in the acute spinal injuries

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT imaging in the acute spinal injuries. Methods CT images were obtained in 54 cases with acute spinal injuries on the Elscint 2000. CT studies were compared with plain film in all cases, with 6 MAI cases. Results CT imaging was superior to the plain film and MRI in showing fracture of small joints and vertebral aches, vertebral plates. The impacted fractrue of vertebras bodies were shown well in all three methods. MRI was the best in finding myelonic injuries. Conclusion CT is the best method in the diagnosis of acute spinal injuries. Combination of CT with MRI can increase the diagnostic accuracy and can evaluate the treatment efficiency of myelonic injuries.
