优质护理在手术室工作中的应用

目的：探讨优质护理在手术室工作中的临床应用以及对患者手术效果的影响。方法：选择进行手术的住院患者200例,随机分成常规组和优质护理组,分别进行常规护理和优质护理,将每位患者的护理全过程进行记录,对比常规组和优质护理组患者术后并发症的发生情况以及患者对护理的满意程度。结果：优质护理组患者并发症的发生比常规护理组明显减少,优质护理组患者对护理的满意程度明显高于常规组。结论：在手术室工作中开展优质护理能够有效地改善患者的状况、降低术后并发症、提升患者对护理的满意程度。

Quality care in the operating room

Objective：To investigate the clinical application of quality care in the operating room and its effect on the surgi- cal result in the patients affected. Methods： 200 hospitalized patients for surgery were randomly divided into the routine - care group（ given conventional care） and the quality- care group（ given quality care）, with the whole care process of each patient re- corded. The incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction degree of the patients were compared between the rou- tine- care group and the quality- group. Results： The incidence of postoperative complications in the quality -care group was significantly lower than that in the routine - care group, and satisfaction degree in the quality - care group was also significantly higher than that in the routine - care group. Conclusion ： Carrying out the quality care in the operating room can effectively im- prove the patients＇condition, remarkably reduce postoperative complications and greatly raise the patients＂ satisfaction degree to the nursing care.
