喜炎平注射液滴鼻治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎临床研究

目的:评价喜炎平注射液滴鼻治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的近期临床疗效。方法:对纳入研究的70例患者随机分2组,治疗组采用喜炎平注射液滴鼻治疗,对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂喷鼻治疗。治疗2 w后,以症状体征总积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及鼻腔粘膜纤毛清除功能(以糖精清除时间(SCT)进行判断)作为疗效评价。结果:(1)治疗组总有效率97.15%优于对照组总有效率91.43%(2)症状体征总积分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分在治疗后均明显下降,治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P0.05)。(3)治疗组SCT较治疗前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),对照组SCT较治疗前缩短不明显(P0.05)。结论:喜炎平滴鼻治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎可明显改善患者症状及体征,可缩短鼻粘膜纤毛清除时间,改善患者生活质量,是一种简便、有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广。

Clinical Study of Nasal Drops in Chronic Simple Rhinitis with Xiyanping Injection

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of nasal drops in chronic simple rhinitis with Xiyanping Injection.Methods:70 Patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group were intranasal treated with xiyanping injection,control group were treated with budesonide nasal spray.After 2 weeks'treatment,evaluate the curative effect with the total score of the symptoms,the VAS,and the SCT.Results:(1) The effective rate of the treatment group is 97.15％ better than the control group.(2) total score of symptoms and the VAS are decreased obviously after the treatment,the symptom of the treatment group are better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).(3) the SCT of the treatment group is shorter than before,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05),the SCT of the control croup did not shortened obviously (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Symptoms and signs of the patients are improve obviously after the intranasal treatment with xiyanping injection,the SCT shorter than before,and the patients feel much more better,this treatment is more simply and efficiently,it is worth promoting in clinical.
