浅析热证之寒温并用

在中医治疗偏寒或偏热证中,单一运用温热药或寒凉药,都可能造成机体的不良反应。中医以通过寒温并用,平秘阴阳等手段提高疗效,减轻纯用寒热药物带来的不适。寒温并用源于《黄帝内经》,立法于仲景,经过后世医家的不断完善与发展,赋予其更加丰富的内涵。本文通过查阅经典古籍,追溯寒温并用理论起源及历史演变,从"发汗退热"、"通阳除热"、"火郁发之"、"甘温除热"等治法来探究热证中的寒温并用法,领悟其原理精髓,意在提高临床疗效,指导临床实践。

Discussion on Co-therapy of Cold and Heat

In the treatment of partial cold or heat syndrome,using cold or hot drugs alone may have side effect or even adverse reaction on human body.Co-therapy of cold and heat helps to keep the balance between Yin and Yang,improve curative effect and relief discomfort.The co-therapy of cold and heat was firstly recorded in Huang di~ Canon of Medicine,then developed and enriched in Treatise on Cold Damage and miscellaneous diseases,and finally perfected by doctors in later ages.By reading the Classics,tracing back to the source and historical evolution,and analysing methods like relieving exterior syndrome、keeping Ying and WeiQi in balance、dissipating fire stagnation、sweet and warm flavor removing fever and so on,we may have a better understanding of co-therapy of cold and heat,aims to promote curative effect and guide for practice.
