养血固肾汤联合阿尔治治疗髌软骨软化症的随机对照研究

目的:对养血固肾汤联合阿尔治治疗髌软骨软化症的临床疗效观察。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例髌软骨软化症的患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组采用养血固肾汤联合阿尔治治疗;对照组采用单纯采用单纯阿尔治治疗,治疗5 w,分别观察2组患者临床疗效、下蹲膝前疼痛程度、KSS膝关节评分系统功能评分、膝关节屈曲度。结果:治疗5 w后,治疗组总有效率(86.7%)明显优于对照组(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);治疗前,2组患者下蹲时膝前疼痛程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.588),治疗组治疗1、3、5 w时间点膝关节下蹲疼痛程度较对照组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前,2组患者KSS评分系统功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.906),治疗组治疗1、3、5w时间点KSS膝关节评分系统功能评分较对照组进步更明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗5 w后,治疗组膝关节屈曲度优良率(81.7%)明显优于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:养血固肾汤联合阿尔治治疗髌软骨软化症的临床疗效确切,值得临床大力推广。

Randomized Controlled Study of Chondromalacia Patella were Treated with Yangxue Gushen Decoction and ARTZ Dispo

Objective:To observe the Clinical efficacy of chondromalacia patella were treated with Yangxue Gushen decoction and ARTZ Dispo.Methods:120 patients that met the inclusion criteria of chondromalacia patellar were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group 60 cases,the treatment group was combined Yangxue Gushen decoction with ARTZ Dispo;control group use ARTZ Dispo to treatment,after 5 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed in patients with anterior knee pain squatting,KSS knee score system function score,knee flexion.Results:After 5 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group (86.7％) is than the control group (70.0％),the difference was statistically significant (P =0.002);before treatment,when patients were squatting anterior knee pain the difference was not statistically significant (P =0.588),the treatment group 1,3,5 week time point squatting knee pain than the control group improved more significantly,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);treatment ago,two groups of patients KSS scoring system function score,the difference was not statistically significant (P =0.906),the treatment group 1,3,5 week time point scoring system KSS knee score significantly more progress than the control group,the difference statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);after 5 weeks of treatment,the treatment group of knee flexion good rate (81.7％) is than the control group (60.0％),the difference was statistically significant (P =0.009).Conclusion:Yangxue Gushen decoction and ARTZ Dispo to treat chondromalacia patella have better Clinical efficacy,worthy of promoting.
