头体针缪刺法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的随机对照研究

目的:观察头体针缪刺法结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分为对照组45例和治疗组45例。2组患者均接受常规基础治疗及对症处理,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予康复训练;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予头体针缪刺法,均连续治疗4w。2组患者治疗前后分别进行肩痛、手部疼痛评分、手部水肿分级评分、上肢运动功能评分,并判定临床疗效。结果:2组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率91.11%,对照组总有效率77.78%,2组比较,具有显著性差异(P0.05)。2组治疗前后肩痛、手部疼痛评分、手部水肿分级评分、上肢运动功能评分各自比较有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组治疗后各积分均较对照组有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:头体针缪刺法结合康复训练能明显提高脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的临床疗效,明显改善患者病变上肢的活动、疼痛、协调平衡能力。

Randomized Control Study of Head and Body Acupuncture Needling Method with Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke Rehabilitation Treatment

Objective:To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture needling method combined with the clinical curative effect of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke rehabilitation treatment.Methods:90 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the treatment group.Two groups of patients received conventional treatment and symptomatic treatment,the control group treated by the routine treatment and rehabilitation training;treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture needling method on the basis of the control group were treated with continuous 4 w.Two groups of patients before and after treatment were shoulder pain,hand pain score,hand edema score,upper limb motor function score,and determine the clinical efficacy.Results:The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.11％,the control group total effective rate was 77.78％,compared with the two groups,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The two groups before and after treatment of shoulder pain,hand pain score and hand edema score,upper limb motor function score comparison was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores were significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The scalp needling method combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the brain post stroke shoulder hand syndrome patients for clinical curative effect,significantly improve patients with diseases of upper limb pain,activity,ability to balance.
