抑郁症患者血小板膜表面P-选择素的表达研究

目的　探讨抑郁症患者血小板P 选择素的表达 ,寻求抑郁症与心血管疾病之间的关系。方法　以 4 0例抑郁症患者为研究对象 ,并以 30名健康人为对照组 ,分别于治疗前和治疗后第 6周用流式细胞仪 (FCM)测定血小板膜表面P 选择素的表达。结果　研究组治疗前血小板膜表面P 选择素的表达水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;研究组治疗后血小板P 选择素的表达较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　抑郁症患者存在血小板过度激活 ,选择性 5 羟色胺再回收抑制剂 (SSRI)干预能逆转血小板的过度活化。

Research of p- selectin expression on the surface of platelets in depression

Objective To explore P selectin expression on platelet in depression and to identify the association between cardiovascular disease and depression. Methods Forty depressed patients and thirty control subjects were enrolled in this study. P selectin expression on the surface of platelets were detected by flow cytometry at pre treatment and post treatment (6 weeks after treatment). Results Before treatment, expression of P selectin on the surface of platelets were significantly increased in the depressed patients compared to normal, healthy control ( P <0 05). Post treatment expression of P selectin on the surface of platelets in study group decreased compared to pre treatment ( P <0 05). Conclusions This study demonstrates that the patients with depression display platelet super activation. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) can reverse the increased platelet activation.
