| 摘 要： | 目的 评价肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合冷循环微波刀治疗肝癌的效果。方法 对136例肝癌患者采用TACE联合冷循环微波刀治疗,术后随访观察其疗效。结果 经TACE联合冷循环微波刀治疗后136例患者中肿瘤结节完全坏死者占86.76%(118/136)。结论 TACE联合冷循环微波刀治疗是肝癌的有效治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy in treating hepatic carcinoma. Methods A total of 136 patients with hepatic carcinoma were treated by TACE combined with psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy. Then the follow-up was performed. Results After the treatment, complete necrosis of tumor nodule was found in 118 patients (86.76%). Conclusion TACE combined with psychro-circulation percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy is an effective method for the treatment of hepatic carcinoma. |
