视力低常儿童散光眼特征研究

目的探讨儿童眼散光的分布规律、主要类型以及与矫正视力的关系。方法。采用国际标准视力表及同视机检查4~7岁儿童496例533眼散光情况,并进行统计学分析。结果复性远视散光最多,占65.49%,其他依次为混合散光16.69%、单纯远视散光8.63%、复性近视散光7.32%、单纯近视散光1.88%。散光程度0.50DC~1.00DC者占42.95%,其次为1.25DC~2.00DC占33.77%、2.25DC~3.00DC占15.39%,>3.00DC占6.19%。在532散光眼中检出弱视298眼(55.90%)。结论复性远视散光是儿童散光的主要类型,散光与弱视形成密切相关,应合理矫正儿童散光。

The research of characters of astigmatic eyes in the children

Objective:To investigate distribution rules in preschool children, the main type of astigmatism and the relation to the corrected visual acuity.Methods:496 cases 533 eyes of astigmatism were statistically analyzed.Results:In astigmatic eyes, compound hyperopia astigmatism was the most counting for 65.49%, mixed astigmatism 16.69%, simple hyperopia astigmatism 8.63%, myopia astigmatism 7.32%, simple myopia astigmatism 1.88%. In the constituent ratio of astigmatic diopter, 0.50 DC-1.00 DC was 42.95%, 1.25 DC~2.00 DC 33.77%, 2.25 DC~3.00 DC 15.39%, >3.00 DC 6.19%.298 eyes of 533 astigmatisms were amblyopia (55.90%).Conclusion:The main type of astigmatism at preschool age is compound hyperopia astigmatism. There is an association between astigmatism and amblyopia. The children with astigmatism must be corrected.
