| 摘 要： | 目的:观察运用“烧山火”针法治疗小儿遗尿的临床效果。方法:将67例遗尿患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组35例采用“烧山火”针法治疗,对照组32例采用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率88.6%,对照组总有效率68.8%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“烧山火”针法是治疗小儿遗尿的一种有效手法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of heat-producing needling for pediatric enuresis. Methods: 67 cases of pediatric enuresis were randomly divided into the treating group and the control group. The treating group was treated by the method of heat-producing needling while the control group was treated by Western Medicine. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.6 %, and that in the control group was 68.8 %.The clinical therapeutic effect of the treating group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The heat-producing needling is an effective method on pediatric enuresis. |
