杭州市居民饮食习惯调查

摘    要:目的了解杭州市居民的饮食习惯和结构情况。方法应用食物频数问卷,采用分层随机抽样和机械抽样相结合的方法对杭州市15-69岁城乡常住人口938人进行调查。结果调查人群食用新鲜蔬菜的频度最高,为86.57%,最低为奶及奶制品6.93%;女性对于新鲜蔬菜、水果与奶及奶制品摄入频率均高于男性;水果、猪牛羊肉、甜食的摄入各年龄组有差异,随年龄增加食用频率减少;文化程度越高,水果、蛋白质类食品、甜食摄入频度越高,腌制或熏制食品频度越低。结论居民饮食结构欠合理,需引导居民合理膳食,促进健康。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the dietary pattern of urban and rural residents in Hangzhou. Methods A nutrition survey in urban and rural residents was carried out with dietary inquiry method. The sample that consisted of 938 people aged 15-69 years old in Hangzhou was drawn using stratified random cluster process and simple random method. Results The consumption frequency of fresh vegetables was the highest(86.57%)in all kinds of food, while dairy products was the lowest (6.93%). The eating frequency of fresh vegetable, fruits, milk and milk products of the female was higher than that of males. The consumption of fruits, pork and beef was variable in different age groups, the older the less. Also, it showed that higher of the education level, the eating frequency of fruits, protein food, soybean products, eggs, dairy products and sweetmeats was much more higher. Meantime preserved food was lower. Conclusion Some measures should be taken to improve the unbalanced dietary pattern and to help residents eat sensible diets.
