双侧上颌窦外提升同期植入种植体的临床研究

目的：探索上颌磨牙缺失,可用牙槽骨高度不足3mm时,上颌窦外提升植入Bio-oss骨粉,同期种植体植入的临床效果。方法：对一例多数牙缺失,上后牙骨高度不足3mm患者行种植体植入,同期双侧上后牙区行上颌窦外提升植入Bio-oss骨粉手术。术后随访一年零三个月。结果：3个月时X-ray显示双侧上颌植骨区域已形成低密度新骨,与种植体形成紧密良好的骨性结合。术后6个月完成上部修复。修复后随访一年零三个月,均达到种植成功标准。结论：上颌磨牙缺失,可用牙槽骨高度不足3mm时,上颌窦外提升植骨,同期种植体植入的手术方式具有一定的可行性。

the clinical effect of double maxillary sinus elevation by simultaneous implantation

Objective：to explour the clinical effect of maxillary sinus elevation by simultaneous implantation with Bio-oss while bone height falls short of 3mm in maxillary posterior region.Methods： one patient with most molars in maxilla absence,and bone height falls short of 3mm,to place the implant received maxillary sinus elevation with Bio-oss,followed up one year and three months.Results：3 months postopratively,Bio-oss reformed to new bone with low density in the postoperative X-Ray showed.Improve the height of alveolar bone and approach the requirements of dental implants.The implant osseointegrated tightly with new bone which induced second step prosthesis after one year and three months.Conclusion： maxillary sinus elevation with simultaneous implantation with Bio-oss while bone height falls short of 3mm in maxillary posterior region.The method is feasibility.
