摘    要:目的:随着口腔种植修复的发展和技术的不断革新,种植外科趋于更精确和微创。计算机辅助设计在种植术前可以帮助医生完成患者颌骨结构的三维图像重建,对术区进行准确定位,分析可利用的骨量,确定最佳植入方向,从而制定完善的手术方案。方法:利用CBCT的影像诊断系统对口腔上下颌骨进行MPR多平面重建:标准轴面、冠状面、矢状面;VR:容积再现(3D重建影像);同时进行Panoramic(曲面体层视图)、序列纵断面重建,并进行测量,结合Dicom3.0的格式(国际医学影像传输标准)进行交换,获得确切数据用于术前资料分析。结论:口腔科专用锥形束(Cone Beam CT,CBCT)应用,为口腔种植术前检查,术后随访提供了极为有利的分析资料,已广泛应用于口腔临床。

Abstract:Objective: with the continuous development and technical innovation of dental implant,implant surgery tends to become more precise.Computer Aided Design (CAD) will help the surgeon to complete the 3D image of the patient’s jaw bone before surgery,locating precisely,analyzing the weight of bone to be used and the best direction of implant,which leads to the optimum planning of operation.Methods: to use the CBCT imaging diagnosis system for MPR of the oral jaw bone,including standard axial plane,sagittal and coronal planes;VR: VRT (3D image reconstruction);while reconstructuring and measuring the panoramic and sequence vertical section,combined with Dicom3.0 to get the precise data for analysis before surgery.Conclusion: the wide application of Cone Beam CT ,CBCT provide helpful data for the pre-surgery examination and follow-up.
