| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后并发症的原因和预防措施。方法回顾总结内固定手术治疗的127例股骨粗隆间骨折的病例,分析术后并发症的原因。结果93例获得随访,14例出现术后并发症,发生率15.06%。术后并发症包括单纯髋内翻5例,股骨头颈钉切割穿入髋臼合并髋内翻1例,股骨颈干角变小2例,股骨头颈钉切割合并颈干角变小4例,患肢短缩2例。结论内固定物选择不当、手术操作技术欠佳和术后患肢过早负重锻炼是发生术后并发症的主要原因,髋部生物力学的特殊性及老年人骨质疏松增加了术后并发症的概率。
