广西法定传染病疫情网络直报质量分析

摘    要:
目的分析全省网络直报疫情,掌握网络疫情直报的质量。方法使用EXCEL表格统计对2005年12月1-31日传染病网络直报统计资料进行分析。结果全省共报法定报告传染病24种,均为乙类和丙类传染病,病例22481例。共壹出重卡156张,占报告总数的0.69%。直报疫情卡中填写不完整的占26.35%,出现明显逻辑错误的占1.41%。从医生填直报卡片到审核卡片,平均只需1.97d。结论网络直报系统的使用,极大地提高了疫情报告的时效性。应进一步加强人员培训,不断完善国家疾病监测信息报告系统,尽快出台新的疫情报告管理工作规范。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the quality of directly online reporting of legal infectious diseases in Guangxi for improvement of management of infectious status of the legal infecious diseases in Guangxi. Methods The data of directy onlone reporting of legal infectious diseases were collected and analyzed with Excel in December,2005. Results In the whole province, there were 2 248 cases in 24 kinds of legal infectious diseases belonged to categories B and C; 156 cards were found to be repeatedly reported aecounted for 0.69%. There 26.35% of the cards were not completely filled, and 1.41% logical mistakes were also noted. Averagely it took 1.97 days from filling the card to inspecting the card by a doctor. Conclusion The use of directly online reporting of legal linfectious diseases has substantially improved the effectiveness of infectious diseases . But the managing workers be further trained and the managerial system be perfected and the standard operational regulations be stipulated and put into effect soon as possible.
