| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss how to improve the nursing quality of patients with cervical in order to reduce complications.Methods： A total of 566 patients that scheduled for cervical pedicle screw fixation during October 1999 and January 2009 were randomly divided into observation group and the control group with 283 cases in each.The observation group was treated with individualized treatment,while the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing.The nursing quality was compared between the two groups. Results.. The observation group showed better outcomes regarding to postoperative complications and prognosis （P〈0.05）. The individualized pedicle screw-plate fixation reduced difficulties in nursing, prevented complications and improved the nursing quality. Conclusion. The individualized pedicle screw-plate fixation can improve success rate of the surgery and reduce bed-bound period of the patient, thus it can improve the nursing quality. |
