沐舒坦对小儿支原体肺炎治疗的增效作用

摘    要:
目的:观察沐舒坦雾化吸入对阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的增效作用与安全性。方法:将100例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为研究组(阿奇霉素+沐舒坦)和对照组(阿奇霉素),每组50例,治疗7~14d,对两组临床疗效、症状消退时间、疗程和不良反应进行观察比较。结果:1个疗程结束(第1周末),研究组痊愈率(70%)、显效率(86%)和有效率(94%),均高于对照组,症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.95、12.19、5.32,t=3.47,P均<0.05);但第2个疗程结束(第2周末),研究组痊愈率(82%)、显效率(92%)和有效率(94%)及症状评分,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.85、0.44、0.00,t=0.68,P均>0.05);症状消退时间和疗程,研究组较对照组显著缩短(P均<0.05);不良反应两组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.30,P>0.05)。结论:沐舒坦雾化吸入对阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎有良好的增效作用,可迅速缓解症状,缩短疗程,临床使用安全。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the augmentation effect and safety of atomization inhalation of Ambroxol in treating children with Mycoplasmal Pneumonia.Methods: All 100 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly assigned to study group(treated with azithromycin combined with ambroxol for 7-14 days) and control group(treated with azithromycin alone for 7-14 days) by half.The clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearing time,treatment time and adverse effect in two groups were observed and compared. Results: In the first weekend after treatment, the clinical efficacy in the study group was signif- icantly higher than those in the control group(x^2=7.95,12. 19, 5.32 ,all P〈0.05), the symptom scores in the study group were lower significantly (t=3.47,P〈0.05). But in the second weekend, the clinicalefficacy and the scores had no significant difference between the two groups(x2 = 0. 85,0.44,0.00,t = 0. 68,allP〉0. 05). So was the incidence of adverse effect(x2=0. 30,P〉0.05). The time of symptoms disappearing and treatment in the study group were significantly shorter. Oonclusion$: Atomization inhala- tion of Ambroxol has a good augmentation effect on azithromyein in treating children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. It is safe, and can quickly relieve symptoms and shorten the treatment time.
