| 摘 要： | 目的观察扶正强心汤联合常规西药治疗扩张性心肌病心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法将80例扩张性心肌病患者随机分为对照组40例,治疗组40例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用扶正强心汤,疗程4周,观察2组患者心功能的变化。结果治疗组在改善心功能方面疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正强心汤对于扩张性心肌病心力衰竭具有较好辅助治疗作用。
