奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

目的观察奥沙利铂（L-OHP）联合氟尿嘧啶（Fu）、亚叶酸钙（CF）治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法60例晚期胃癌患者，给予奥沙利铂130mg／m2，静脉滴注2h，第1天；亚叶酸钙200mg／m2，静脉滴注2h，随后氟尿嘧啶400mg／m2静脉快速冲入，氟尿嘧啶600mg／m2持续滴注44h，每3周重复。按WHO标准评价近期疗效和毒性反应。结果60例患者完全缓解（CR）6例，部分缓解（PR）14例，稳定（SD）30例，进展（PD）10例，有效率33％，临床受益率83％，平均疾病进展时间5．2个月，平均生存期9．6个月，1年生存率55％。主要毒副反应为恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制及轻度的外周神经系统病变。结论L-OHP联合FU、CF方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效较好，毒副反应可以耐受，值得临床推广。

Oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil, leucovorin treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To observe oxaliplatin(L-OHP) combined with fluorouracil(Fu),leucovorin (CF) treatment of advanced gastric cancers and toxicity.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients given oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2,intravenous drip 2 h,day 1; leucovorin 200 mg/m2,intravenous infusion of 2 h,then quickly into the intravenous fluorouracil 400 mg/m2,fluorouracil 600 mg/m2 continuous infusion 44 h,repeated every 3 weeks.According to WHO criteria to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity.Results 60 patients were(CR) 6 patients of complete remission,partial remission(PR) in 14 patients,( SD) 30 cases of stability,(PD) 10 cases,efficiency 33%,clinical benefit rate of 83%,the average disease progression time of 5.2 months,average survival of 9.6 months and 1 year survival rate of 55%.The main side effects were nausea and vomiting,bone marrow suppression,and mild peripheral neuropathy.Conclusion L-OHP United FU,CF better treatment of advanced gastric cancer,toxicity can be tolerated,worthy of promotion.
