B型超声诊断输尿管结石的评价

本文介绍B型超声诊断输尿管结石的操作方法,并总结35例输尿管结石的超声诊断结果和初步体会.本组超声检出率为91.4%(32/35).强调在输尿管内显示结石直接征象,同时具有上端尿路梗阻的间接征象为超声诊断输尿管结石的可靠依据.讨论了肾积水、输尿管扩张的常见原因及超声鉴别要点.评价X线检查和超声检查在输尿管结石诊断中的优缺点,认为两者结合应用将使泌尿系结石的检出率和定位准确率显著提高.

ASSESSMENT OF THE DIAGNOSIS OF URETERAL STONE BY B-ULTRASONOTOMOGRAPHY

This paper introduces the operational method in diagnosing ureter stones by B-ultrasonography and sums up the ultrasonographic diagnostic results in 35 cases with ureter stones. The detecting rate of ureter stones of this group is 91.4% (32/35).The direct features of stones in the ureter and at the same time the indirect features of ureter obstruction above the stones are considered as the reliable evidences in dingnosing ureter stones by ultrasonography. The common causes and the ultrasonic differetial main points of hydronephrosis and ureter dilation are also discussed. Also assessed are the advantages and the disadvantages in the diagnosis of ureter stones by x-rays and ultrasonotomography. It is thought that the combination of the two methods will remarkably raise both the detecting rate and the accurate rate of locating the stone.
