108例复发性阿弗它溃疡患者不良嗜好与口腔局部健康状况分析

目的对比分析108例复发性阿弗它溃疡患者和对照组人员在吸烟、饮酒与口腔局部健康的现状,为临床治疗和自我保健提供针对性措施.方法采用问卷调查方法,收集病人和对照组吸烟、饮酒的情况,同时检查病人组和对照组口腔健康状况.结果两组在吸烟、饮酒和口腔局部健康状况相比较并无差异(P＞0.05).结论复发性阿弗它溃疡可能与吸烟、饮酒无直接相关性,但重视口腔局部健康对治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡十分必要.

Analysis of bad habits and oral health of 108 patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Objective: To study the situation of drinking, smoking and oral health between patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer and people in control-group so as to supply the evidence for treatment and self-prevention. Methods: A case-control study was adopted, all patients and pepole in control-group were required to fill in questionaire and accept oral health checking, then differences between two groups were analysed. Results: There was no statistical difference (P >0.05) between two groups in drinking, smoking and oral health. Conclusion: There maybe no direct relation between Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer and drinking, smoking, but it is essential to keep oral healthy when we treat Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer.
