涂丝型聚氯乙烯膜曲马多选择电极的研制与应用

摘    要:
介绍一种以曲马多碘化物与碘化铋形成的分子缔合物为电活性物的新型PVC膜曲马多涂丝选择电极,电极的线性响应范围为2.2×10-3~2.0×1-0 5m o l/L,级差为56mV/pC,检测限为1.6×10-5m o l/L。该电极响应迅速,重现性好,用此电极以标准曲线法对片剂中的曲马多进行了测定,方法简便,结果与药典法相符。

Abstract:
A new coated wire polyvinyl chloride membrane-tramadol selective electrode based on tramadol and bismuthiodile molecular association complex is reported.The electrode showed Nernst response for tramadol ranges between 2.2×10~(-3) to 2.0×10~(-5)mol/L with a slope of 56mV/pC.The detection limit is 1.6×10~(-5)mol/L.The electrode has fast resporse and good reproducibility.The electrode has been used for the determination of tramadol in medicinal tablet by the standard curve method.The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with this of pharmacopeial method.
