交变电磁场治疗对脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的影响

目的观察脑卒中偏瘫患者应用交变电磁场治疗对睡眠障碍的影响。方法将84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。各42例。对照组进行常规药物治疗和康复训练，治疗组在常规药物治疗和康复训练外，再加用交变电磁场治疗。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量调查表（PSQI）对患者进行睡眠质量调查，并应用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）分别于治疗前和治疗后1月由专人进行评定。结果治疗后两组PSQI、NIHSS评分较治疗前改善（P〈0．01），且治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论交变电磁场治疗有助于改善睡眠质量，调节生理状态，促进急性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复。

Effect of Treatment with Alternating Electromagnetic Field on Sleep Disorder in Patients with Stroke

Objective To investigate the effects of treatment wiht alternating electromagnetic field on sleep disorder in patients with early stroke. Methods 84 patients who suffered acute stroke were randomly divided into therapy group（ n = 42） and control group（ n =42 ）. Both groups received routine medical therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Meanwhile, the therapy group received true treatment of alternating electromagnetic field; the control group received false treatment of alternating electromagnetic field. The sleep quality of patients was detected by PSQI, evaluated with National Institute of Health Scale of Stroke （NIHSS） before and after 1 month by the same doctor at the same time. Results The scores of PSQI and NIHSS decreased significantly （ P 〈 O. 01 ） in both groups after treatment. These scores decreased in therapy group were significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment with alternating electromagnetic field is helpful to sleep disorder and can improve the neurological function.
