| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合对解脲支原体(UU)感染性慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将120例慢性盆腔炎随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组予败酱汤、清瘀灌肠液及抗生素,对照组予抗生素,观察2组的疗效。结果①治疗组有效率95%,对照组有效率80%,2组差异显著(P<0.05);②治疗组改善盆腔炎主要症状疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);③同种程度的盆腔炎,UU转阴率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论败酱汤合清瘀灌肠液治疗解脲支原体感染性慢性盆腔炎,能明显缓解症状、体征,促进UU转阴,疗效确切。
