| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痔瘘疾病行手术治疗后应用美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)换药治疗的疗效。方法:本组痔瘘疾病手术后病人153例,全部应用MEBO油纱治疗,每日换药1次,同时配合抗感染等综合治疗。结果:153例病人应用MEBO治疗后可明显减轻疼痛、创面愈合快、缩短愈合时间,同时可明显减轻肛门硬索、瘢痕等发生率,未造成一例肛门狭窄、变形、粘膜外翻、溢液等并发症影响肛门功能。结论:MEBO应用在痔瘘疾病中有很好地治疗效果,能促进皮肤组织再生与修复,可明显减轻肛门疼痛,可作为一种安全有效比较理想的外用药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating wounds post excision of hemorrhoid and fistula. Method: 153 cases of this disease were treated MEBO gauze. The dressing was changed every day. At the same time, antibiotic drug was administered as well as comprehensive treatment. Result: Pain was quickly relieved. Wound healing was promoted. Scar formation was reduced. No complications such as anal stricture, anal distortion, mucosal extroversion and exudation happened. The function of the anus was good. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating wounds after hemorrhoid and fistula excision. It can promote skin tissue regeneration and repair and lessen pains. |
