| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖尿病患者的主观幸福感水平及其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法抽取57例住院糖尿病患者，运用纽芬兰纪念大学主观幸福感问卷和医学应对问卷进行调查。结果（1）糖尿病患者主观幸福感为中等水平（22．77±6．57）分；（2）不同年龄的患者的主观幸福感得分差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（3）糖尿病患者的主观幸福感与面对相关性不显著，与屈服、回避呈负相关。结论糖尿病患者主观幸福感的两个主要影响因素分别是年龄和医学应对方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore diabetes patients＇ subjective well- being （SWB） and the influencing factors. Methods A total of 57 inpatients with diabetes were selected by the convenience sampling to fill out Memorial University of New Foundland Scale of Happiness and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ）. Results （ 1 ） The level of SWB with diabetes was moderate （22.77 ± 6. 57）. （2） There were significant differences in SWB with different ag of patients （P 〈 0. 05 ）. （3） Face - to - face coping style showed no significant correlation with SWB, while resignation and avoidance coping style showed negative correlation with SWB. Conclusion There are two main factors influencing diabetes patients＇ SWB, which are ages andmedical coping modes. |
