麻黄素与多巴胺对预防剖宫产脊髓阻滞麻醉低血压的疗效比较

目的：观察麻黄素用于预防剖宫产脊髓阻滞麻醉低血压的实际疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法：选择86例预防剖宫产脊髓阻滞麻醉低血压患者,随机分为观察组43例,采用麻黄素预防低血压,以及对照组43例,采用多巴胺预防低血压,记录两组患者母体不良反应及Apgar评分降低。结果：观察组母体不良反应发生率低于对照组,而对照组新生儿Apgar评分降低率低于观察组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：麻黄素与多巴胺用于预防剖宫产脊髓阻滞麻醉低血压,前者对母体影响较小,后者对胎儿影响较小。

Ephedrine and dopamine effect on the prevention of spinal block anesthesia hypotension cesarean comparison

Objective：To observe the actua l effect of ephedrine for the prevention of spinal anesthesia hypotension cesarean evaluate its clinical value. Methods： 86 cases of cesarean prevention in patients with spinal anesthesia hypotension, 43 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the use of ephedrine prevent hypotension, as well as in the control group 43 cases, the use of dopamine prevent hypotension, patients were recorded adverse maternal response and lower Apgar scores. Results： The incidence of adverse reactions parent group than the control group, while the control group Apgar score lower rate is lower than in the observation group, between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05） differences. Conclusion： ephedrine and dopamine spinal anesthesia for cesarean prevention of hypotension, the smaller the impact on the mother of the former, the latter a small effect on the fetus.
