| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位埋线治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后便秘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组采取穴位埋线治疗;对照组取穴同治疗组,仅予以普通针刺。两组均于治疗前和治疗4星期后进行改良Rankin量表评分及临床便秘症候评分。结果两组治疗后改良Rankin量表评分及临床便秘症候评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,且治疗组降低更明显（P〈0.05）。结论穴位埋线疗法治疗中风后便秘疗效显著,可改善患者的生活质量。
